Bharat De leads the Mumbai operations at Midas VFX, overseeing all aspects of studio management, talent development, and project delivery across high-end film and television work. With more than a decade of experience in the VFX industry, Bharat is a highly respected figure known for his calm leadership, production expertise, and deep commitment to quality.

Before joining Midas, Bharat spent several years at DNEG, where he played key roles in production management on a range of complex, large-scale projects. His time at one of the industry’s most prominent studios gave him invaluable experience in building efficient teams, managing global workflows, and maintaining creative and technical consistency under pressure.

At Midas, Bharat brings that same level of precision and discipline to a fast-moving, boutique environment. He acts as the crucial link between the Mumbai studio and Midas’ global leadership, ensuring that the team in India is fully aligned with the company’s high standards for delivery and creative excellence.
